Peter Tran Van Khoat aka Khoat Van Tran aka Khoat Tran aka Fr. Khoat Tran aka Dr. Khoat Tran is a most enigmativ person, upon whom the whole Siri claim stands or falls. Fr. Khoat has given testimony to several people.This webmaster met with Fr. Khoat in late October 1988 in order to seek evidence on Siri's claim to the Papacy. In this time frame Fr. Khoat was telling everyone that Siri merely said: It is a secret. Fr. Khoat gave a sermon at Saint Jude's Shrine in Stafford, Texas. Also reproduced below, New Event of Man's History. The question has arisen whether or not Khoat can be considered credible. This is especially important since he is the only person who testifies that Siri told him that he had been elected. With Gibson's recent report that confirms the recollections of this webmaster and of other eye witnesses, we can conclude that Tran van Khoat's current testimony must be dismissed is incredible.
